EMPLOYABILITY SOCIAL ENTERPRISE NETWORK

The inaugural meeting of the Employability SEN was held on August 5th 2016 in Glasgow, with around 35 social enterprises present (and more on the waiting list!)

There was overwhelming positive feedback that an Employability SEN for locally based social enterprises (including Social Firms) attuned to the needs of the sector was necessary and important. Within the employability agenda, the Employability SEN would have a distinct identity, strong representational voice and influencing capacity for social enterprises.

For more information contact Jayne Chappell, Social Firms Scotland or Kim Wallace, Senscot.
