Understanding and working in complexity for non-profits, community groups and change makers, ()

How do we know what is the right action to take when everything is uncertain and always changing? We live in a complex living system. This means that, despite what we’ve been told, it’s not possible to know for sure how to get from A to B or what action will really make the difference in the end. Recognising this means we new ways of working which reflect the ever changing nature of our social systems. Join us if you would like to learn how to better lead, work and take action in this space. Rapidly being adopted by the international development sector, in particular, this is a critical new understanding of how change actually happens and represents a radical departure from much of what we think we know.
