16.03.17 - Implementing the Community Asset Transfer Legislation Information Event
Author/Source: by Dundee Social Enterprise Network
The Community Empowerment Act is now in place with the Community Asset Transfer (CAT) Guidance launched in January. This information event will give you an update on the CAT process and how it is being implemented in Dundee. It is recognised that the opportunity that CAT can provide is to transform neglected buildings and land into thriving hubs of culture, business and innovation by third sector organisations.
At this event meeting, we will discuss how to seize upon this opportunity. We will explore previous projects, challenges within the sector and examine how the changes in legislation will impact on the asset transfer process in Dundee.
