Preparing for the Procurement Process (PPP) assesses your organisation’s readiness to bid for and win tenders. You will develop the confidence to approach the tendering process by looking at successful tenders and techniques for proving your organisation’s value.
Learning Outcomes
By the end of the two day programme you will be able to:
Confidently identify key success factors in tender bids
Analyse the factors influencing public sector organisations’ choice of contracts products and services
Assess your products and services in terms of efficiency, best value and added value
Familiarise yourself with the processes and requirements involved in tendering for contracts
Who is it for?
PPP is aimed at those who need an understanding of the tendering process as they gear up to write, bid for and win public service contracts.

This two day Preparing for the Procurement Process programme is subsided and only cost £150 (£75 a day.) If you are interested but unable to pay the full fee please contact us as you may be eligible for support from our bursary.
This programme is accredited as an Endorsed Award by the Institute of Leadership and Management. The ILM is a professional body with a worldwide network of over 2,000 accredited centers providing flexible and practical management development programmes which are quality assured to ILM’s standards.
