Partnerships for Enterprise

Developing a partnership to increase the impact of your enterprise can be a complex issue with repercussions for your entire business. The Partnership for Enterprise programme will make sure you’re well placed to use your networks and assets in collaboration with others.

This 2 day programme will give you insight into:

• Your organisation’s current situation and what that could mean for partnerships

• The opportunities and challenges of working more closely with others

• Practical issues such as asset building, tendering and intellectual property

• Strategic questions and how to prepare for an enterprise partnership

Key Learning Outcomes

• Understand what makes a successful partnership

• Apply theories about leadership and partnership to your own situation

• Learn about different trading structures and opportunities

• Know how to tender for contracts with others

• Identify what Intellectual Property is and what it means for you

Who it is for

This programme is designed to support you to work collaboratively, and in partnership with others. It is ideal for all third sector organisations including social enterprises, membership organisations and intermediaries.

Programme content and duration

During the programme you will use an interactive approach to apply what you learn to your own situation. It is a particularly powerful programme when it brings together actual or potential partners.

Cost

Subsided cost for enterprising third sector organisations: £150 (£75 a day)

Non- third sector: £300 (£150 a day)
